Hyway Industrial Co.,Ltd  cylinder kits warranty.

All Hyway cylinder kits carry a limited one year warranty only on manufacturer defects.Cylinder damages caused by non-professional mounting on or use (incorrect oil/petrol mix,overheating etc misuse) or any other unintentional errors are not covered within this policy. Proof of purchase must be provided documenting purchase is within timeframe to receive replacement or refund. Please retain purchase receipts for your records.


Return Policy 

As stated in the law of Latvia,it's your rights to cancel the transaction ,you must do it within 14 day's from the day of purchase.

Forest World Limited allows 21 days for the return of unused products, based on the date the item was received by the customer. We offer  replacements of unused items within 28 day's.

Returns and damages caused by misuse or non-professional use are not covered within this policy.

To return an item:

1. Please contact Forest World Limited via gints474@btinternet.com or info@zageriem.lv  and provide all information what happened.

2. You can use your original Forest World Limited box or envelope you received, or any plain, unmarked cardboard box to ship your return. If there are any existing shipping labels, stickers, or other materials on the shipping box from previous shipments, please remove them.

3.We are not taking any responsibility for the items that been lost or damaged during transit.

4. Once your return is received and inspected by us , your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

• Products that are not in their original packaging and containing all accessories.
• Items over 14 days of the shipment receipt date.
